The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of shower and toilet cubicles available. They even provided shower accessories, sleepwear, slippers, hairdryer. The locker and shoe locker with number locks added an extra layer of security, giving me peace of mind. The cozy and safe environment, along with separate men and women floors, was a definite plus. The decently-sized room and the common area with a fridge and cooking facilities were an added bonus. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient luggage storage options both before check-in and after check-out, which was highly convenient.
The cleanliness of the shared facilities. Unfortunately, there was a situation where a guest poured food or got sick in the face basin, leaving a mess behind.

The public rooms were new and clean, giving me a comfortable experience during my stay. The Superior Capsule Room provided enough space for my bags, though it might be a bit small for suitcases. I slept well at night as the other guests were quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing my mother to check in early when she wasn't feeling well.
